Ramsbottom is the home of Black Pudding and the World Championships are held there annually.

I actually happen to be an expert on Black Puddings and have written a thesis on the subject.
You probably won't have seen it in Yorkshire as it had no pictures and lots of words!

However to continue it is a little known fact that the original recipe was found on one of the many prisoners we took at The Battle of Bosworth Filed when we whooped you in the war of the roses!

Our forces were made up of many Mancunians AND Liverpudlians so you didn't stand a chance really!!!

Hey - we can all do this you know - this is a picture that I took on the way to the local Rochdale Co-Op this morning!!!

And Jukebox says they have 3 like this in Leeds and their's are bigger and cube shaped !
