Why not move the search word to top dead centre just above the blue line above your "introduction" and use a BOLDER typeface and maybe the instruction "Click for answers to your question"........might just reduce the %age a bit.

Or highlight it with a colour or a different font a bit like 'logout'

A bit like the big, bright orange "Please Introduce Yourself Here First" graphic I added to New Member Introductions? That worked well didn't it
