The book was published by Land of Lights Publishing and the ISBN is 975-00155-2-5.This info is a little dated but i hope still usable.
    The book "All Dressed Up and Know Where To Go" used to be available in Kaya at Ekizoglu Mangal Restaurant (where i got my copy)and the small shop near the dolmus stop by the deserted town entrance. Profits from the sale are donated to local schools. Both places used to display and issue free hand drawn maps showing local walks which i found to be fairly accurate.I hope this info is still available.

They've got copies of this book for sale in the offices of Baris Insurance in Fethiye. 30 YTL I think.
