I'm Proud Of My Kids
« on: June 17, 2008, 22:39:25 PM »
On our recent visit to the UK we gave the girls a pound each, and as if that wasn't enough, took them into a pound shop. They do enjoy choosing and spending their money rather than getting presents.

Anyway, many options were weighed up, one went for a pack of 20 coloured pens, the other a pirate set - eye patch, dagger, sword and rather cool hook for the hand area.

We went to a pleasant restaurant for lunch, which is safe out the front so they asked if they could play out there - and off they went.

Unknown to us, they had taken a napkin from the table, and using the new pens written out in multi colours "You can see our pirate show for 10p"

I didn't know what they were up to till they came back, full of excitement, with 20p :D

Chips off the old block perhaps  ;)
