I'm looking forward to the carnival.
Been a couple of times in May now and yes, it's great.  It's much nicer to walk around during the day although sometimes I've found a cardi useful in the evening.

Same as you scunner

Mid to late May and again in September, I just hope the Airlines do something about the price of fairs for next season as we have had to cancel our plans this September because it got far to expensive for us to travel, Julie/me and the kids were gutted, we really love our holidays in our little house in Turkey.

Talking about different times of the year we are thinking about coming over in February, how cold does it get in comparison to southern England?
Will I need me thermals?

Ambient temperatures are normally higher than the UK, the lowest I have ever recorded overnight at the Scunner Calis Weather Station is +4C. Sadly, with that often comes the breeze or wind off the snowy mountains. Using the Scunometer Snow Mountain Wind Chill Factor Patented Conversion SystemTM (2006, revised 2007), I can confirm that +4C in Calis is equal to minus 500C in UK terms.

Yes, and wear both all day too. Seriously, at night we are talking COLD - all ceramic and marble floors don't help. Many a night I've lay in bed, desperate for a good deep shag.
