Hi Hawk,  welcome to the forum for a fellow Essex-girl !  (well, I used to be before I saw the light and moved to Cambridge !!, still got a pair of stilettos somewhere in the wardrobe......).  Congratulations on joining a great forum, hope you find your dream home in the sun.  We took the plunge nearly three years ago and have never regreted it for a minute.
