15% If Great   but someone said on this topic that interest rates may drop into single figures. I just hope it stays above 10%

it will be single figures above any UK rate if it does go that far.

although if it does continue to drop  steadily whilst it will be higher than UK the UK inflation rate is a lot lower.

1 tl is 1 tl...10tl is 10 tl....a killo of carrots is 1tl..does it matter what the interest rate is or for that matter the exchange rate...the cost of goods does not go up..if you had 100tl to spend last week...you still have the same this week...your goods DONT go up because the interest rate goes up or down, or for that matter the exchange rate :)...if you live in Turkyie of course:D

the comparitive costs dont come into it..Turkey wins hands down..less council tax, electricity,water charges,food,drink,sunshine,..i rest my case...Turkey wins EVERY time..no comparison :)

brian of course the intrest rate comes into it for those using high intrest accounts as their prime source of income

So what should i do invest £10.000 in march or not ? or wait till after april incase interest rises again.
