Any serious answers please.my p.c. running very slow taking forever to start up .there is plenty of space on hard drive i have cleared a lot of junk ,i keep on getting a box saying virtual memory to low attached to a yellow shield ,then a while later another box with shield again saying install up dates now ,what do i do are these things safe to down load what can i clear what is in virtual memory [^][?]
