We had to cancel flights to Lanzarote in January. the taxes etc came to almost £100 for the 3 of us, and since the insurance wont pay out on the taxes which they say you should claim back from the airline, i have been trying to do. After several expensive calls to the 0844 number, promises to call back and 5 emails i decided to print them all off and send to the customer service department registered post on Tuesday. I have just received a cheque for £5. Is someone taking the pi55 or what[
