Spoke to the guy that runs it yesterday, it is open, cost is 5TL per person per game, so quite reasonable.

Hope they have put a new roof on it as all the lanes buckled because of the rain when it was open last

We have just had a couple of games of bowls opposite Tansas 8 of us only 10tl each for 2 games  including shoes (take a pair of socks)I do think the lane we had was leaning both ways, because my ball went down the gutter both sides a few times.
Drinks prices very reasonable air conditioned and a few other table games available, an enjoyable couple of hours
