hehe well i think it could be deciphered in a few ways but in our cases it means a person who has become so depressed and may have had to spend time in a hospital unit with nothing but a window!! so i guess the frustration of that predicament would have the sanest of persons squashing their face against the window in a vain attempt to get out! hence window licking!!! lol
luckily my window opened!! and the unit was not a secure one!!! hehe! no offence meant to anyone
