Visited Pies & Pastries tonight, Steak Pie, Chips & Peas smothered in gravy......mmmmmmmmmmmmm followed by Lemon Cheesecake & double portion of Ice Cream - absolutely surperb!!!!!! (Confessession - I had the cheescake & Ice Cream AGAIN!!)

Aah, -lemon cheesecake. Two portions? Quite understandable. Haven't yet tried the steak pie, if I am honest, it is fear stopping me from trying it. I am afraid of discovering yet another thing that will add to my inches.

Have you tried the Marmalade recipe that was posted on this Forum a few months ago.....it is superb and so easy to make (so I am told!!!!:D). Ours has subsequenly been "Modified" to include fresh Ginger and Brandy and is better than ever
