Alan, My advise is just ignore it and see what happens. I am speaking from experience but I don't really know what will happen. I do believe whatever will happen could take years.

Alan, I wonder if the new service set up by the Govenor of Mugla would include complaints of 'harrassment'!!!!  It might be worth a try, just send him a list of all the hassle you have had in such a short space of time, might also be an idea to mention 'racism'!!!!  Best of luck, we too have got the neighbours from hell but we stood our ground and 6 court appearances and 14 months down the line their case was kicked out of court!!
