Good thing. The fewer footballers in the world the better!!
Having watched the news about an ex Arsenal player this week end, the game should be banned and the player sent to prison!!

If I am right the intention is to promote home-grown talent and ensure the Prem has a higher concentration of locals. The last time we had a league dominated by local talent the national teams ranking was hardly ever inside the top 12. Now we are 7th i believe so can someone tell me how our youngsters are disadvantaged?

The fact that to get into the first team you have to work a lot harder as the standard is the highest in the world can only be good for our game surely?

The prem is the richest league in the world because we can attract some of the best international talent and that is what the fans want to see. Does the FA think for one minute three quarters of asia would want to see the prem dominated by mediocre local lads?

I think this idea is ill conceived and if typical of the FA. Remember one of their other great ideas was to introduce a 39th game. They aready play more games than anyone else in Europe and are disadvantaged because of it. So the FA decide they would add another?

Well Mr Tinx, there is not a natural ball that is perfectly round. I am a naturalist so go for that naturally odd shaped ball!!:D
