We drink a lot of wine, (hic!) and found the wine expensive and not very good, some is OK. From our experience best drinking Beer or Raki, if your are self catering a bit of the time, buy it in Duty Free and take with you, wish we had!

My vote goes to Angora as well, both the white and red are the best we have bought.

I only drink wine, rarely drink spirits however, I can forgo my good wine when I am in Turkey... I think of it as of little importance compared to being in a wonderful place with great weather and lovely food so wine is demoted to the bottom of my important stuff list.
The wine in Turkey will suit me fine for a couple of weeks, it's not poison and you can find drinkable wines.   I see little point in buying at the Airport before you leave, because a couple could drink a bottle with a meal, so just how many bottles will you bring for your stay?
Don't think the authorities will let you have a crate!!

Our local macro has a walk in wine fridge although the average price is 200 lira and up.
I usually get 4 bottles from duty free and as there is usually one of us going through every week, we always have a good supply.

Doluca Red I have found to be pretty good. Amazing that's the only one really as Turkey has the world's fourth-largest acreage of vineyards and a good climate and soil conditions.

200 TL plus? Well you may not live in Tarabya but wherever you are certainly seems like an upmarket neighbourhood!
