You can get a ferry from Cesme(near Izmir) to Ancona in Italy. I think this is the only car ferry. Most of the others are to the greek islands.
Google Turkey to Greece ferries to see if there is one from Cesme to Igoumenista (greece) but from there if you are heading over to Italy etc you'd need to get another ferry.
It's a 2 day drive from here to Igoumenista in Greece and from there you have lots of choices on ferries to Italy. That would be my prefered option.
All info is on internet if you do a search via google.

It seems Firo wants to get you to Italy. Are you sure you want to go to Greece?

Isn't the carferry still running between Bodrum and Rhodes ? From Rhodes you can get a ferry to most ports in Greece.
