As this claim is about a Turkish misdemeanour (I think) - the advice given is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot !!!:D Good luck anyway !:D

it cost me more than £50.00 every time I take small claims action, and then £100.00 for ballifs. before you use the law make sure you have all the facts and that you have made reasonable efforts to settle this matter.
