Hello to everyone. We're Margaret and Robert from the Isle of Man and are in the process of buying a Villa in Calis. Hopefully the purchase will be completed in the not too distant future and we are very much looking forward to moving there. This site seems to be just what new residents need.

Welcome from us as well this forum has ben superb in terms of advice and support. We have just bought a place in Ovacik and cannot wait to spend more time there especially, as we are sitting in 4" of snow here in North Wales!
