The gritters are out in Wallasey in snow ploughs - earlier I witnessed one crashing into a lamp post outside my flat! Was very funny! Nobody got hurt, it was travelling far too slow for the crash to do any damage! Theres a big pile of grit salt in my road now!

My Dads wife left Liverpool at 4 and at half 8 when I rang she was still in Liverpool around the centre heading for the tunnel! Madness!

I am fine Puma apart from some aches and pains and a red face after falling my length in front of a doctor.

It was caring staff who made jokes about wheelchair.  We are just back after the festive break and there is loads of work to be done so no time for slacking ;)

Also about 9 inches here. Trouble is I've got an abcess in my cheek like a bloody golf ball so I had to venture about 3 miles down and uphill to dentist. Fortunately most people had heeded advice and stayed in so I made it quite easily  8)

Thanks for reminding me George LOL. At least the snow should be gone by then and we will only have a bit of rain to contend with. How many pubs en-route?? Hehehehehe:D
