I am sure there are better craftsmen but if all else fails you will get one at Migros.

There are several cake shops in Fethiye & a couple in Gunlukbasi. Any of these would be able to help out

Sultans on the Gunlukbasi-Fethiye road are very good and they will give you candles and write a message on the cake for no extra charge if it is for a birthday or anniversary. I got quite a large cake there for 20 lira, and it was delicious.

Carrefor make lovely birthday cakes to order if you need a large one, with only one day's notice, complete with candles and message. If you need a smaller cake, one of their standard cakes also makes a great birthday cake and they will decorate a wafer with happy birthday to fit on top.
Word of warning if you order a larger one to be made, if you want one for, e.g. 20 people, order one for 15, it will be sufficient!
