Anna,

You sound like a busy girl and the power plate is ideal for busy people. Obviously ours is not that quality but it does seem to work very well. You still need to do your cardio though - we have a cross trainer we also use but I kept off that for the 4 weeks to see just what a difference the plate made on it's own.

Hi everyone

just had my weigh in after 3 weeks in Turkey.  Amazingly lost 6 lbs !!!! I just couldn't believe it.  That's 1 stone 2.5 lbs in total.  I am very pleased. Hope I can continue to lose now I'm back as I have only 3-4 weeks before I'm off to Australia for a month and I'd like to lose another 7 lbs bfore I go.

Sorry Stoop meant to respond to you also, I am indeed a very busy girl so the power plate is perfect for me, but I do alot of cardio also, well I walk around 6 miles each day  sometimes a bit more(3 miles to and from the train station to get to work) so I get up early to do my walking and speed walking at that, and then in the evening I walk home. Its the only cardio I can do at the moment because of time limitations you know. Brilliant invention the PP I will definately invest next year in one, but one like you guys have  :)

Hey Lollypop, firstly good luck its a fab diet because you can eat so much ;-) OK I know that the Strawberry Mullerlight yoghurts are completely free because I have 2 for breakfast along with a banana, I also freeze them to make frozen yoghurt for a evening dessert. I dont eat my syns every day and I do save them for the weekend, for example I had 63 to use on sunday and I had a few drinks and dinner our and it was lovely. They do recommend you eat your syns a day, but sometimes it just cant be done because of all the 'free and superfree' food you can eat, so if you do have any left at the end of the week go for it, your supposed to have up to 15 a day or 105 a week xx

Lollypop, the muller light yoghurts that are fat free, including the ones with chocolate sprinkles (my favourite - yummy!  :) )don't need to be counted.  They're quite filling, and I eat one every day for my lunch along with a banana.  ;)

The weight's coming off gradually!  Good luck to you.  As Nuttybird says, it's a fab diet, where you can eat loads.   :-\

Off to Turkey for a week on Friday (the day after my weigh in!)  Bet I don't lose 6 lbs that week!!  :D

Welcome Lolipop and good luck.  Most of us on here are doing Slimming Worls so if you have any questions just ask.

Anyway good luck to everyone for next week

Hey Janet, yeah im good thanks, still plodding along! lost my stone now so im happy with that, and thats nearly 4 stone in total now i think. Off to Ibiza with 20 girl-friends in 2 weeks for a hen weekend (OMG carnage) so im sure SW will be out the window that weekend! LOL. How are you doing Janet?

Lollypop, no probs, like Janet said most of us are doing SW so if you have any questions just throw them across, there is a website dedicated to Diets and slimming which im a member of its called minimins and its amazing, it tells you all the receipes and syn vales of pretty much everything so that may help you.

xx
