Hi NB - sounds like you are going to have one hell of a weekend just hope you don't undo ALL the hard work - maybe just a little bit though.  Nearly 4 stone is fantastic.  I lost that amount a few years ago then stopped going to SW and lo and behold it all came back.  Its not just losing it that's hard but keeping it off is even harded. Can you post the link to the diet web sight as it sounds good.

Hey hun, here it is www.minimins.com its a bit confusing at first to get used to, but if you go to the 'forum jump' section and scroll down you will find forums for every diet including slimming world, and then click Slimming World and it will take you to their forum, its really helpful xx

well done NB - thats great. Don't worry Puma - not bad really after your hols just get back onto it.
Had my weigh in today and reached target last week without realising it so had my first free week.  Stayed the same so am pleased.  Will probably lower my target after summer ready for Christmes but I'm a happy bunny at the moment.

Just back from a week in Calis.  3 lbs on which is fantastic - I thought it would be at least half a stone!!  Weigh in on Thursday - perhaps I can pull a bit of it back before then!  :D

Well done Janet - you've done so well.   :)

And good luck nuttybird - go for it!  Free weeks in future if you get to target!  Well worth the effort!  Either way, enjoy your hols in Ibiza - I don't think you can be too strict on yourself when you're on holiday.  You've got to enjoy it!   :-\
