I'm struggling a bit to shift the last half stone.  Last week stayed the same.  This week done my back in so can't do much exercise, but have been really good on plan and hardly any alcohol!! So I'm hoping to have lost 1lb maybe, but this weekend away with friends so it will probably all go pete tong again.  I also get chocolate cravings - have you tried the skinny cow mint choc ice cream lollies - they're 4.5 syns and take ages to eat.  Cadbury's creme eggs are 9 syns.  I tend to count down my syns (start with 105 and count down - then can use more at the weekend).  That feels easier to me than telling myself I can only have 15 syns max a day - it's the weekends where I need the extra leeway.  How does everyone else cope when it's weekend or socialising? x

Its a pain isnt it hun! Yep luurrvvee Skinny cow mint choc icecreams, great treat for small syns, the Cadburys eggs are 8.5 (I know not a huge amount less but that 1/2 syn always helps!) lol. Well in all honesty im struggling with a 105 and counting down a week because Im so used to going daily on syns, when i have 15 a day i tend to find I only actually have 5 syns, but where the last two weeks ive done it your weigh, i find that I struggle if I end up having a blow out one day and say use 40 syns then im stuffed for the week, so back to 15 a day for me from next week! hope you have a great weekend, enjoy and dont worry xx

You.ll soon get rid of that, I put on 2lb the week before, I want to get a half stone sticker on Wednesday..it feels like it keeps getting so close then so far..I have been 100% this week, so it should show on the scales. Good Luck with your weigh in's everyone.
