Woohoo, lost 3.5lbs this week !!! Cannot believe it, as have never lost more than 1 or 2lb, so am really pleased to be back on track. It's really spurred me on now and got me totally focused -
Have any of you tried the diet coke chicken recipe - it's really tasty:-
Chop an onion and saute it in a wok with two or three chopped chicken breasts til browned. Then add a can of diet coke, 6 tbspns passata, an oxo cube, couple of splashes of soy sauce, couple of splashes of worcester sauce, bit of garlic if you like, 1 tspn chinese five spice. Bring to boil then turn it down to fast simmer and cover for 30 mins til it's nice and sticky and thickened. Serve with boiled rice (and should also add some veggies or salad to get your third of a plate quota of veg for extra easy). Delicious and easy to do xx
