Hi Puma - thats great. Well done. You must be feeling really pleased with yourself.  Having lost a stone I bet people are noticing and commenting - doesn't it make you feel good.

PMA puma PMA, (positive mental attitude) this is what my friend shouts at me over text/email/phone if i start to waiver Lol.It doesnt matter Puma if you have 1 or 5 more stone to loose youve lost so much already in good time and your doing so so well so at this rate you will continue to do so, I want to loose another stone and then I will be happy but it will have taken me a little over 3.5 years to have lost 4 stone (once ive lost this 1 more stone) the slower you do it the better i think, as it stays off and you change you eating habits. I once lost 5 stone in 5 months, i was 22 (nearly 30 this year) and all i 'ate' was slimfast milkshakes, diet coke and the occasional meal, oh and slimming pills (and not the ones you get from boots) i looked great, felt awful, if i bent down and got up again i would collapse or faint from head rush, i was miserable, moody and then as soon as i started eating again i put the 5 stone back on, very quickly. so over the years ive tried it all, and i can honestly say ive never been happier with SW because im eating so much, eating the right things and enjoying it. We all have off days or even weeks, but its getting back on it thats the thing. Keep it up Puma i think your doing fab! ;0) xxx

I think you're all doing fantastically well.  I've just come back from my first weigh-in with slimming world, and only lost a pound.  :(

Feel a bit gutted as I've stuck to it all week (apart from the hen night last weekend - lots of gin and slimline tonics!!)   :o

The diet's been fab though and I've eaten loads (of the right thing of course).  I've got a couple of stone to lose so it would be nice to get most of it off by the summer.  Fingers crossed .... :)

I've struggled this week also - been out a few times.  Fingers crossed for Tuesday weigh-in

Janet
