I stayed the same.  It is holidays that does it.  We work before we go, then we are let loose and nobody can keep up with us when we get back.
Still we will get back to it.  Only I am in Jersey to see son and his wife and baby mac the bump next week. :-\  Will see what I can do between then and xmas.

Jul bri, sounds delicious, wish I was your neighbour so I could come round for tea! I think it would be worth the weight gain just to have homemade clotted cream and bread and jam. I'm glad you're feeling better too. I put on 4lbs over the last month but have finished all my hols now so will just have to knuckle down again.  Have a lovely time in Jersey Heather - expect you'll be having clotted cream too!  Good luck this week NB and everyone.
Bridge xx

Hi lovely ladies, sorry ive been quiet, had a bit of a mare at work, at a new job and I had a 6 month probation period which I am happy to announce they are happy and have taken me on permanently but it has been a worry these last few weeks. But I have been very naughty and not been weigh in for 2 weeks, which is the first time in 2 years! naughty me. but I am happy to say i am back on it (only from yesterday) but feeling great already, been walking more so i have weigh in on wednesday which i know will be bad but least I know what im working from so hopefully next week will be good. only 7 weeks till xmas yay! Jules, its good to hear your feeling slightly better, dont worry about the gain its a time in your life which you just have to go with the flow. If you want that clotted cream go for it! Eventually you will get back on track, but when the time is right for you. heather well done great staying the same and BB never mind about 4lbs I have a feeling I will be more than that on Wednesday, so I will let you know! xxx Good luck all xxxx

Back to class last night after a fortnight and lost a pound.  Chuffed to bits......... but will have to behave this week.  Weight has a habit of being a week late for me.

Jules it sounds like you are sounding a bit happier. I think its good for you to get out to the exercise classes, it will lift your spirts and as the docs say exercise releashes endorphins which make you feel better about yourself and happier. If your aching it means its working! well done and keep it up! I started taking the stairs up to my office every day this week 100 stairs at a time and my legs are aching! I feel like ive been naughty today for breakfast but im actually not, i went to mcdonalds at liverpool street station (In london) and asked for just scrambled egg, because its free on Slimming world as they just use milk and no oil, so im eating this as i type and its lovely and I feel like im being really bad but im not! great! I will be having a 'night off' tomorrow as i am throwing a surprise birthday party for my fella so will allow myself some Martini Asti (my favorite and only 3.5 syns a glass!) and some party food then back on the plan sunday. Heather that is FAB news well done you! so so chuffed for you xxxx Have a good weekend all. xxxx
