oh well knew it wouldnt last! 1lb on last week for me ladies. Ive decided that up until christmas and new year im going to relax it a bit, ive got a lot lunches and evening do's coming up so will enjoy them, but where im not out will stick to it. Ive really lost it, so im hoping these next few weeks, ill just enjoy but then in January back on SW hard! ha ha! how are you all? Christmas shopping done? xx

My class time changed and I couldn't be bothered last week.
This week I thought I had better get back to see if I could get some motivation so I went after work.
Before tea works for me I lost two and a half pound.  £ to lose to get to my 1 and a half  stone.  That would be an ok xmas pressie.: :) ;)

Well done Heather, thats great keep going! Ive lost the plot completely! As I type im eating a packet of walkers! Im going to get back into the game after crimbo now, have too many lunches and evening functions to be good! xx
