Hi Jenny, I've been going for a few weeks now, and like you, the weight is coming off r e a l l y slowly!!!

Just a pound a week, whilst my friend lost 8lbs last week (she's lost almost two and a half stones in about 11 weeks - so unfair!!)

I'm sticking with it and eating loads - mainly stir frys, jacket potatoes, salads, lots of fruit, yoghurts etc.

I'm really enjoying the diet and feel much better in myself, despite only losing half a stone in about six weeks (though I did have a break for almost two weeks as it was our daughter's 21st birthday; went to Calis for a short break, then straight back to my friend's wedding! AND I only put on half a pound, so that was really good.)
Stick with it; I'm sure it'll pay off in the end! We'll be the skinny ones, showing off our lovely tans in the summer (in my dreams anyway!)
