I am 5-6lb heavier in the evening than first thing. Am I a fat git or can I claim to be a not so fat git but you need to be early?

Scunner you shouldn't eat so much during the day LOL

Had my weigh in and lost another 1lb but as I'm now at target I need to try and maintain.  Anyway girls keep going and good luck to you all.  I am going to bow out for a while but will probably be back later in the year as I want to lose some more weight before Christmas

Well i stayed the same, so not too bad, wanted another 2lbs off before my hols, but never mind, still happy with my overall loss 4stone 6 now!  :)

Lol you are funny scunner, your true weight is what you weigh first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything!  :)

good luck with it all Janet and see you around the forum  :) xx

Well ladies, even though I have ventured into a subject that I know nothing about whatsoever, I shall in true Scunner style wade on.

I appreciate I shouldn't eat so much during the day, and also that my true weight is first thing. What I would be interested to know is not where the 5-6lb came from, but where does it go during the night? :D

alot of it could be water retention, but Im not to sure if you fellas suffer with that?!?! You also burn more calories off when your sleeping too so that could be the answer.. hold on i'll google it...
