hey there nuttybird, am assuming that you are probalby over in calis on holiday as you have been pretty quiet. hope that you are doing good on the weight front. i am celebrating, after 3 weeks of maintaining, i lost 2 1/2 this week and gained my first half stone award!! over the moon has got nothing to do with it, i was extatic! if you are away, have a great time, how i wish we were back out in calis. keep well x chrisp

Hey Chrisp, nope still here

got 2 weeks till my hols, I stayed the same this week, so not to unhappy with that as its * week, im just hoping/praying that next week I loose lots I want to loose 8lbs in the next 2 weeks, but will be happy with 4lbs! Well done on loosing thats brilliant, and getting your first half stone award is brilliant! I love the little stickers on the front of my book, you should be extatic! its a great achievement

I lost 8lb in the last 3 days! The Gastric Flu diet works wonders:-\

Thanks Chris! Very happy! althought I doubt I will reach my target I set before I go to Turkey but still aiming for a good loss next week too!

On the mend slowly. Got out of bed yesterday after being encamped in it for 3 days.

Not the sort of diet I would recommend.
Keep it up girls, sounds like you are all doing great. Roll on Christmas and all those new party frocks you can slip into.

hi there one and all. not such a good week for me, 1lb on, dont want this to be slippery slope to yo-yoing, head back into gear.
