Only another half a pound off this week.  I haven't stuck to the diet fully this last couple of weeks, so looking forward to a week off it altogether next week on holiday, then back to it on 1st November.  I bought the Extra Easy Cookbook last night.  It was £4.95 and has some fantastic recipes in it.  Looking forward to trying some of them out when we get back from Calis.  :D

We're off out to an Italian evening tonight, and will have to eat whatever is prepared for us by the host, so I guess the diet goes down the pan from here!  But only for a week or so!!!   :o

Hi one and all!!

i lost 3lb last week!! i have no idea how, i couldn't believe it!
i went with my mum last weekend to see my wedding dress and instead of standing cross legged whilst the lady yanked it down so i 'could at least see what it would look like' , it slid over my hips and fitted like a glove :D
i've still got another 24lb to go, i'm almost tempted to order a size smaller but i dont want to be too ambitious.. i'd be gutted if it didnt fit me  8)

Well done everyone else.. Keep it up, you're all doing fab :D xx

Well done all of you, Billeigh-Jo that's fantastic about the dress.  Not such good news for me this week.  Ive put on 4.5lbs over the last two weeks - admittedly one of the weeks I was in Turkey but I'm so gutted.  Now I'm 9lbs over target - and what makes it worse is that I am one of the helpers at my friend's new SW group so I feel like I'm really letting her down (I was half of her group's total weight loss tonight).  Anyway, back to basics, superspeed soup for me this week (also known as 'fart your way to success' soup).  Good luck everyone for the next week xx

Hi Babadag bridge.. dont be too disheartened, you'll soon get back on track. You've done really well only putting on 4.5lbs saying you were in turkey.. i used to put on a good stone in 3 weeks!! best of luck for next week xx

Bridge you will be fine, superspeed soup is great isnt it, and you will be back on track in no time. I know how you feel I put on 7lbs in 2 weeks while I was in turkey, Ive shifted 5lbs of it but slowly! which im annoyed at, im 10lbs off target and im determined to loose it by the last weigh in before christmas day! WE CAN DO IT  :) xxxxx
