Well its back from our weeks hol in Turkey and a quick jump on my own scales this morning shows Ive put on 4lb - I am sure its all that white break that is now sitting heavy in my stomach weighed down with all that rose wine! Back to it today though just had ryvita and babybell for lunch and making fish pie for tea much to the kids disgust.  Want to try to loose most of the 4lb before weight in next Friday but its *week next week so don't hold out much hope.  Have made a pact with my 17 year old daughter that there will be no chocolate for us until xmas won't hold my breath that she can stick to it though.

I have come to the conclusion that Turkey is not good for weight loss,we all have such a good time 8). The trick is not to get too disheartened and get back to the diet asap-lets face it we all NEED the holidays. I'm nearly back to pre-holiday weight but feel like a plodder as only lost 9lbs since May but at least in the right direction. Keep going girls.xx

You are right Christine - I came back from Turkey early last Friday morning and have been doing SW 110% this week - not one drop of alcohol or syns this week and at weigh in this morning I lost the 4lb I put on in my weeks hol so really pleased. Can now go out tonight to our friends bonfire party eat the pork pie and mushy peas, parkin and custard and gallons of wine and start all over again tomorrow!!!  I am lucky been a target member as I don't have to weigh in every week.
Don't worry NB if you have a good week this week it will all come off - good luck.
