Well done on your weight loss last week NB it always feels good to be slimmer of the week.  Have had 3 weeks off since bonfire night so am going back on Friday morning so hoping to squeeze in at the top of my target range so fruit for me tomorrow.  Hubby is then away on business in the states for just over a week so aim to be exceptionally good from Sunday when he flies off.  This will be in an effort to get 3lb below my target just in time to put it back on at Xmas and New Year!

Hi NB- went to weigh in last Fri and put on a 1lb so just squeezed in by half a pound under the top of my target range. Then was out for dinner Fri, Sat and Sunday night.  However, as said hubby eventually flew off to the states on Monday and I have been doing SW 100%. Will go to weigh in again probably on 17 Dec so can have a few chocs and wine over xmas and new year.  Still 3 weeks to xmas so can do 8lb if you are good - always hard at this time of year with xmas parties etc.

Snow bound at home with the kids today with my son nagging at me why do we have to do SW for the 10 days that dad is away - hard for a 12 year old boy who is sporty never stops eating and you can still see his ribs.  Have been persuaded to put on our wellies and walk to McDonalds for lunch will try and stick to chicken salad but the kids fries will be a tempation!

Hi NB how is it going, did you manage your 8lb off in time for xmas? Always difficult at this time of year far too much temptation.  Going to weigh in on Friday morning so I dont have to go again for another 4 weeks.  Problem I find though is bad for 1 week then 3 weeks taking it off!!  Hope everybody has a good SW Christmas and if you can't be good be careful!!

Happy New year One and all! OK to all of you who have been dieting these past 12 months and for anyone new that would like to join this post, please do! Everyone welcome. Lets give each other the motivation we all need. I am off to Slimming World at lunchtime for my first weigh in of the year, and im dreading knowing the damage i done over christmas. I lost 1.5lbs the week of christmas, but im guessing ive put around 10lbs on! (i hope not but wouldnt be surprised) So I will report back at lunch, then I will set myself a goal and report each week. If everyone would like to do that too then please do xxx
