i have lost a 11 pound in 3 weeks just by changing my breakfast regime. gone are the sausages and in is scrambled egg or toast and fat free yogurt.

this week we are changing our evening meal also. I cooked a very tasty chicken tikka massala last night, but using low fat greek yogurt instead of cream. It's only 275 calories a serving

For me if I can just change a few things around so I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything it's quite easy to do. The last thing I want to do is look at a pile of lettuce for each meal.

UKchris well done! thats a huge amount to loose in such a short space of time well done. Thats why I love Slimming world, its not a diet its a way of life, the food you can eat is like your everyday food, you just change a couple of the ingridients or change oil for fry light and its makes such a difference. well done again!

hi all, glad you are all doing so well with your slimming. Does anybody know if you can get meal replacement drinks/soups in the chemists in Calis or Fethiye?? Some chemists in the UK do liposlim products and I am keen to know if anything similar is available in Turkey. thanks in advance.

Hi all, lost 2lbs this week! woo hoo finally got there! its given me the motivation to keep going and get a good result next week now! tonysue I dont know im afraid about out there, you could make your own if you can get hold of fat free/low fat yoghurt, and blend with fruits and milk, and make your own soups, those would be much better for you xxx good luck all! xxx

Happy for everyone who's doing well, keep going, I need a bit of inspiration.  I had a weekend in Devon, ate all the cream teas and following week paid for it with a 2lb weight gain.  This week only managed to lose 1lb of it and now just can't seem to get my act together - really struggling - have lost my mojo :(

BB I know your pain! I had a brilliant week on the food front right up until saturday night when we went out to a gig, drunk copius amounts of beer, and then finished the night off with a huge double cheeseburger, then yesterday I was hungover so I ate copius amounts of food! trying to pull it back today before weigh in tomorrow, but we will see the damage tomorrow. If not just draw a line under it, and start a fresh when you feel is right. GO FOR IT GIRLS WE CAN DO IT! xxxx
