Bernie WELL DONE what fab news! Well done you, you should be so proud of yourself! Yay! Aww we come back on the 17th June! Christine we fly out on 10th! Christine dont be too disheartened I know how you feel as I feel like i have hit a wall but I am mixing things up and trying different foods this week, have written it all out so I know what I am having plus I am throwing in lots of salads for lunch with things like ham, boiled eggs, spring onions and mushrooms with lettuce cucumber grated carrot, to make a change from my packet pasta which I was living off through the winter, give yourself another week on the plan, start a fresh today (or whenever) and then set out a plan for the week I guarantee you will loose if your 100% on plan, if not ill buy you a drink when we are over! xx

Thanks Ladies, still plenty to lose before I go!! Sorry your feeling a bit disheartened Christine, like NB says give it 100% for a couple of weeks and it will come off.(Easier said than done, I know) I have given up having cereals for breakfast and have fresh fruit and Activia fat free instead, save my bread, if I have any, for a sandwich at lunch and have been drinking loads of water, fingers crossed for a better week for you. NB, hope the new job is going well and your enjoying it.
Hope the scales are kind to us ladies and we all have a great week.
Bernie xx

After nine days in Ovacik, got on the scales at SW last night and had put on 2 1/2lb.  Back on track now that the lovely Turkish bread is out of reach again - have a good week everyone x

Hi all well I am pleased to report that I lost 4lbs!! WOOOO HOOOO SOOOOO HAPPY! The lady at club made my do a food diary and I handed it in to her last night, so that kept me on track, although I do write what I eat down every day I never do it for weekends, so knowing I had to hand it in and either get told off or not, it kept me on track,so she wants me to do another one and I have to hand it next week! Fingers crossed for next week and good luck all xxxxx

OMG NB that's brilliant - I'm pleased to say I weighed in tonight and had lost 3lbs!!  I couldn't believe it - only 1 lb off target now.  Think it was all the walking I did, walk home from work every night now, 40 mins.  Made a couple of batches of soup, butternut squash soup and the s/w speed soup, and had 2 alpen light bars for breakfast (healthy B) or a boiled egg and toast.  I think it was all the walking that really shifted it though.  Good luck everyone this week xxx

I joined Weight watchers at end of january and have lost 20lbs.
I am glucose intolerant and was heading towards diabetes.
My latest blood results show: Blood pressure down considerably, Blood sugar down, Cholesteral down and weight down.
I am sharing this to show the health benefits of losing in the hope it offers someone some motivation.
I am on hols soon so when I come back all depressed you can do the same for me: :):D
