BB thats brilliant well done you! walking does make a difference I walk bettween 3-6 miles each day and do power plates and it all helps. Really in a good frame of mind now so want another good weigh-in next week! Heather well done you on your loss and getting your blood pressure down, my mums the same, she was heading towards Diabetes and she has lost 4 stone now and is doing well, she just said it took her all her life to get to the point where she HAD to seriously loose weight. Good luck all for next week xxx

Thanks NB - I feel really upbeat too. Nice to know we can have our hols and then shift the weight wen we get home.  Heather, well done on what you have achieved, what a great motivation to know the difference you've made to your health.  Enjoy your holidays and we'll be here when you get home.  The only advice I can give is to have some meals in the freezer and stuff in the cupboard for when you get home so that you can get straight back on your plan quickly.  It's sometimes not what you've eaten on holiday but how you carry on when you get back home again.  All he best, BB x

Hi everyone. Stayed the same this week, havent been 100% just cruising towards my holidays..if I can maintain or lose a little more before we go, I won't complain. I,m hoping my holiday clothes will fit, before, and during the holiday :-)

Hope you are having a good week, we are almost there!

Happy Holidays!!

Well only gained 1 pound after my hols.  Have to try to behave this week so that I don't gain more.
One skirt that I took with me was bordering on too loose...was ok when I tried it a couple of weeks before.  New wardrobe or tailors for me I think.
