BB, Heather,this is the most I have ever lost in a week on SW. I changed to Red days, so I can get my 2 A,s and B,s. Using A milk and 4/5 laughing cow cheese and B's Cereal and Ryvita or bread.

Havent had any other carbs avoiding them like the plague. Read about that new Dukan diet which is a bit like Atkins, so switched to Red to see if it has the same affect, and it has seemed to. I boiled a box of Eggs and keep them in the fridge and snack on them. I am eating fruit for breaks at work and putting a handful of that thawed frozen stuff on my cereal. Only having the cheese n Ryvita at work for lunch, an Activia yoghurt for afters if I have any. Then Evening I am having meat and vegetables no potatoes, pasta or rice. Trying not to eat after 7pm. ooh and I made some sugar free jelly too. They reckon you can eat all that free food and still lose weight, but it doesnt work like that for me unfortuately.
 It has been a really hard week and I have felt hungry, but I need to fit back in my holiday clothes for 9th Sept, so no choice really.Hope that has helped. Have a great week Ladies, lets hope the scales are kind to us xx:D 8):D

Thank you for the tips Slik, I may try and go green or red for a few days this week.  I lost 1lb tonight so was actually really pleased with that.  Only 3.5lbs to get back to target but I always just seem to sabotage it - good luck everyone, only three weeks for me to get back in the holiday clothes now

Hi ladies, we do seem to go through it at the same time dont we, im really struggling at the moment. Slik thats brilliant with your loss! WELL DONE YOU! Red days are fab I may throw a few in, cause like you I like have two A's and two B's. hhhm think I will give that a go this week! weigh in on wednesday which I am dreading! but need it to get back on track! didnt go last week, naughty me! have a good week all and will let you know how I get on later in the week! xxx

Hey Ladies, can't beleive I have STS, tut. Usually I get weighed in work uniform, light weight trousers and a blouse, got weighed in jeans and jumper. Well I hope thats what the problem is. Only had fajita's one night, but didnt have anything else all day.Besides that I had syns left over all week. Ah well here's to next week. NB,glad you had a good trip. Heather and BB hope your having a good week.:D:D:D

Hopefully next week the scales will be more forgiving :-\..lol xxx

I lost a pound this week:D
I have been a bit better this week and hope I am back on track.  Just been to Tescos to get salad stuff for my lunch and some different low cal snacks.  So trying to be more psoitive.

Slik thats still very good so well done you. Heather great news well done you. Ive let the side down im afraid and put on 2lbs although I was expecting more as didnt go last week, and then had Ireland/birthday etc and the fact that ive been like a chocolate monster these past couple of weeks. Back to it now though and feeling positive! xxxx

Well done Heather.  Oh well I knew it before I got on the scales - 1.5lb on.  I think it's harder in the summer because there's so much more socialising and holidaying - anyway, have really given myself a good talking to,planned my meals for this week and will do my best to knuckle down again. Good luck this week to all who have been struggling - I've been looking at the slimming world website for recipes and ideas tonight.  Back to the gym tomorrow too!

Hi Ladies, well I let the side down, a further 2lb gain! so thats 4lbs in 2 weeks, just not been able to get into it, and have been eating extreme amounts of rubbish (although very tasty and yummy rubbish!) I have given myself a good talking too and from today back on it, with the only exception that we are going to cadbury world on sunday which I am so excited for (you wouldnt think im 31!) so I will allow myself chocolate that day, but I have to get my butt in gear as I am going away again in 4 weeks! need to loose around 10lbs! then im almost there and almost at target! Fingers crossed for us all next week! xxxx
