Seems we are all in it together again..didn't even go to group!! Will try harder next week. Heather well done on the 1lb,your shopping plan obviously worked.

One pound off this week but still a few pounds off target - oh well,never mind, just bought a bigger bridget jones style swimming cossie today as back to Ovacik next week and just going for comfort over style now LOL.  I've had a lovely day out with my mum and daughter today in Olney and finished it off with a cream tea, so I'm well and truly off the rails before I even get to Turkey !  Good luck this week everyone and I'll get back on plan when I come back xx

I lost half a pound this week.  Shopping plan didn't work so well just ate more.....better try harder this week or it will be back on.

Well done to both of you. I have today returned back to'it'..Red days, that was after a meal out and two take aways..Bridge have a fab time in Ovacik and Heather good luck for the week ahead. NB,hope your having a good week too!

Hey ladies well done on your losses, i lost 1.5lbs this week and have no idea how! I did stick SW apart from a bit of chocolate here and there at cadbury world, oK a LOT of chocolate but doing my exercising etc. so fingers crossed for another loss next week as have 3 weeks to go till holiday! Good luck all and have a lovely bank hol weekend xxxx

Hi Ladies do we have a verdict - which is best?   I was very successful on the SLimmin World 7 years ago - lost 2 stone and was club slimmer of the year but have put a stone back on.   Never had much success on green days - the thing in my brain that says I've eaten enough pasta doesn't work I could eat it by the washing up bowl full so I used to do 5 days red and 2 days green.  Have tried the last few weeks to follow my old red diet but haven't lost an ounce - not one - I don't have diary as I'm intolerent and that means I don't eat ice cream or chocolate really either - I don't drink much alcohol and I swapped sugar for sweeteners for 6 weeks and never lost an ounce - just don't know what to try next  ................................suggestions that don't involve surgery and jaw wiring are welcome  :-(

kizkucuk  haven't got a masterplan ..sorry:(.
I did SW years ago too, lost loads and and put weight back on .  The secret seems to be eat less exercise more.....but the secret of how to do that is still a BIG secret.
I am on weightwatchers and have lost 20lb at my best point.  I am a good maintainer as I have gone up and down for weeks now.  Need to get into really behaving because I want to lose more.

Hi Ladies, didnt make weigh in this week due to business but think it was a god send because I had eaten so much and its time of the month, been 90% back on it all week this week and feel better, but ive lost my mojo with slimming, I so want to get back into it, and I have people telling me I dont need to loose anymore but my target at SW is still 12lbs away! I just keep fluctuating between 1/2 stone on and off! Ill get there! Kizkucuk, are you going to a actual slimming world group, because things have changed so much in the last 7 years, mainly that they promote Extra easy days now where you have red and green together but you have 1 healthy A option only and 1 healthy b option only. going to there website and it gives you 7 day meal plan, try and follow that and see how you get on. I personally dont get on with green days, but i do extra easy all the time but sometimes I throw a couple of red days in and it helps. Plus since you last did it, Syn values have changed in a hell of alot so your best looking on their website xxx
