Hi Nuttybird - I live in Calis so no I'm not going ot any group - had planned to go to the group on Monday but it was the start of Bayram so it didn't happen - my plan is to try and get there nexxt week - have thought of joinging the gym but it's 60lira a month - so am now tempted to save the money and buy some equipment for the house - will look at SW on line   :-)

Hi ladies! Slikmrs with you on that, really really lost my SW mojo, some days im on it others im not and go way overboard! weve just booked a last minute holiday to Hisaronu and we leave next friday so im doing a drastic yoghurt and soup diet until then to drop a few pounds, then when im back i'll get back on it! promise ha ha! Heather hope your ok and feeling better? Kiz can you not go and pay weekly? im not sure how it works out there? i think SW online will be best that way you still get the help and tools and you can weigh in anywhere but input that each week on line and it helps xxx

Just thinking that it will soon be soup time so might not eat so much crap if we fill up on soup:D

Heather well done, same as me! I lost 1/2 lb too, which I was shocked at. Im doing a bit of a detox before we fly out next friday, slim fast and soup (plus fruit and muller yoghurts) each and every day, ive done it before and it really does cleanse and help, but only for 1 week. Heather where will you be in H? We could meet up x

Hi Jul Bri, sounds a lovely group, especially as they also give their profits to animal aid. Heather and NB have fab hols - hope you manage to meet up - I'm going back out there again with hubby but not until end of month. Have only been back a week, had a lovely 10 day break with my friend.  Because I was out there with her and showing her around I did eat out more than I usually do.  Weighed in Thursday night and have put on 3lb. I think I ate too much moussaka while I was out (my favourite dish) and too much bread (how can you not though in Turkey) but back to basics now and am starting Zumba on Monday in an attempt to lose 3 or 4lbs before the month end.  Happy holidays and happy healthy eating too everyone xx

Hi ladies well I lost 1.5lbs this week which was a huge disappointment considering I'd barely eaten and done a detox so it shows you SW does work and eating is the way forward. Off to turkey tomorrow so will be in touch when I'm back. Keep going all xxxxx

It definitely does work - I stayed focused this week but also did more exercise and lost 2.5lbs.  Have a lovely holiday NB - I'm back out there at the end of the month for my last burst of Turkish sunshine this year - good luck everyone
