Merry Christmas Ladies, and a Very Happy New Year. As I am nearly back to what I started 2011 at, I thought I would not join a slimming club in 2012, this time around I will try to eat healthier, be more calorie minded, exercise more, and have 3 days a week Carb Free.
I havent booked flights as yet, but I am sure it will be June and September again, so that's always an incentive..:-/

Good Luck to everyone, and I hope you all have a brilliant 2012!
Love Bernie xx

Hi all, hope you all had a lovely christmas. Good to see we are all on the same page! My first Weigh in is next wednesday and I will be completely honest... Im scared! I have eaten so much, clothes are tight but I cant seem to stop! Ahh! i will post in here next Thursday and then we can all start a fresh from there. Whose with me? Slik thats the way to do it, im still going to go SW but instead of doing Extra easy all the time Im going to throw in 3 days of red days only, so very similar to you with the no carbs for 3 days, hopefully that will boost us. Also i have joined the gym near work so I would like to go at least 3 lunchtimes a week, also its a good incentive cause i find if I sit in the office at lunch I dont get a break, I have people coming up to me with work, boss on my case etc, so ill go to the gym and I will get a break. Happy new year all you lovely ladies and speak next week xxxx

I'll be going next Thursday - apparently there is a new SW book out now with a few changes so will be interesting to see what's changed.  I haven't weighed myself but know I've piled on the pounds lately.  I want to start walking or going to the gym again too I think it really is the exercise that keeps the weight off for me in the long term - happy new year everyone xxx

I am in.  I am sitting here knowing I have put on weight but also knowing I am at least a stone less than I was this time last year.  Another stone this year and I would be chuffed.

Hi all, where are you all? how did you all get on last week? I was off last week with the Norovirus, better now, so I have my first weigh in this wednesday, and evening with the sickness bug I think im going to be shocked bad with what Ive put on, but heather your right in your way in thinking im still 2.5 stone lighter than what I was, so another stone this year and I will be a happy bunny! good luck all xxxx

Hi Ladies.

I have bit the bullet..ouch! I am 3 1/2lb HEAVIER than I was when I joined last year. I am determined to see a size 14 by June,( O.K so it might be on the rail at Dotty P's!) But I am seriously having a go.

OMG NB, sounds like you have been through it this year already, hope your feeling lots better. Heather, thanks for the pics, what an incentive to rejoin SW !! and BB Hello to you too, got the new book today, not quite sure what the changes are yet. Apparently, something to do with Healthy Extras.
Good Luck and a Happy New Year to you all, new weigh in day of Monday, so will post how I have got on.
Have a Great Week All xxxx

Hi ladies, well well well i am very annoyed at myself, I have put on 5.5lbs and am now 2lbs heavier than when I joined 2 years ago! naughty me! back to it now, and must get in my head its a way of life and not just a diet! Got the new book and made myself read the whole pack again! WE CAN DO THIS! Good luck all, and any tips or food recipies you have post them on here to help each other out. I joined the gym this week and have been once and tomorrow I have PT session with a trainer to get a routine devised, and ive asked them to measure me all over too, because some weeks I have felt good but stayed the same, so it can be loosing inches at times and not weight! Good luck all you lovely lot xxxxx

Well the good news we're back on it now, before it got any worse. I can hardly move, went to pilates on Tuesday night, Aquafit last night and now Zumba at 6pm...Hope it shows on the scales, only Monday will tell. Have a great week xx

Confession time for me too :-\  I put on 5 lb over xmas:-\  So I have to lose 9lb just to get back to my 20%.
I went this week and stayed the same. I have changed my class and go on Tuesday instead of Wednesday,  so only six days in and have been pretty good so may get a loss next week.
New year, new class and new leader.......a new me would be good.
There are still things I could do to make it better but am happy to have seriously cut down on chocolate.
I must try to cut down on sugar as I know it does make a difference.
I also must put more variety into my meals as tend to eat the same thing as it is easier...40 ways to eat chicken!!!!!!!!
I must try to make soup regularly as it is filling

We can do this..xx
