BB well done fab news! Starman well done too thats brilliant. Heather im with you on the men front, we have no hope of getting 'slimmer of the week' when a man is at club they always loose so much more than us! ha ha. BB 2 pickled onions (I used the silver skin ones) you can put as many as you like in hun but I like it with 2. Got the soup today for lunch, and off to the gym again at lunch, that will have been 4 times this week, get me! ha ha have a lovely weekend all. Oh slik if your on SW and going to an italain, a standard bolognaise is only 8 syns ;-) xxx

I think men lose weight quicker because we burn more calories per day than women.
Another novel way of burning calories is a cold shower. 5 mins in a cold shower can burn around 200 calories because your system uses energy to warm up the vital internal organs. Doesnt have to be shocking cold but around 20c

Well done.  I am kinda expecting to stay the same this week.  I haven't been bad but could have been better.
I always struggle if I am aiming for something so feel for you waiting for your half pound.  That is usually when I go off track.
You will get it next week..xx

hey ladies, struggled a bit too this week so thought Id be honest and share, to shock myself, have been really good with all breakfast lunches and dinners, but have craved chocolate, so instead of starving myself of it, I have had it when felt like it, and i found it worked, had I not I would of just binged on bar after bar, but I have a thing for the new kit kat orange chunkys (13 syns!) and had one yesterday and the day before plus some other bits in between, Im hopefull for weigh in wednesday but I must remember I cant be shocked, and Im not giving in to this! ha ha. Ive still been going to the gym every lunch time and on average im burning off 300-500 calories each day (I know sw dont calorie count, but it must help in someway!) so I will let you all know how i get on after wednesday night. Good luck all xxx

I lost a pound this week and discovered a half pound mistake on my card since before December so only 4 and 1/2 pound to get back to my 10%.  :D

I,m giving it my best though, although I,m struggling a bit. Made the SW tomato soup..really does taste like Heinz..Didn't make pilates last night, but am going Aquafit . Have a great week ladies xxxx

Well done NB that is a good  work losing the xmas weight so quickly.
As you say slow and steady is best but I do wish it would just vanish.
