Well done GB you must have worked hard to get that lost.    LadyDiver 1.3Kg over 3 weeks is not bad, don't knock it, going in the right direction.

This weeks is another loss 2lb   Total loss so far 25Lb  BMI  down from last weeks reading 37.54  now 37.20

It's that time of week again, weighed in this morning, again just a small loss 0.2kg, but that is now a total of 1.5kg.

As you rightly said Loz, slow but in the right direction.  Well done in your loss this week also

Keep it up ladies. well done to all

Thanks GB, it is hard for anyone home or classes, by making it public I hope that it will kick my backside to do more and keep going, it is hard to go shopping and not stop at the "Nice" counter or shelf, and even harder when Gordon wants his bag of Eclairs or Sports mixtures, and when the bread ovens open at Tesco Oh Boy is that a hard walk away!
Thanks again for the words of support and good luck to you ladies too.  ;D

Hi All, im still here just keep checking in, nice to see we have new people on board, hello! Im still without kitchen BUT its coming Friday woo hoo, I am so excited about being able to cook again lol (im sure that will wear thin in a matter of weeks) ive been keeping to SW as much as I can and I can report ive not put any on since i Left about a month ago, but ive not lost either, but ive decided today was day 1 of being back on plan, dinners may be hard, but my lovely mum is going to cook our dinners for the evenings and I can just reheat so ive given her a list! I was up at 5am and in the gym at 7am for 2 hours before work, so feeling good although I am walking like john wayne at the moment! lol. Im not going to weigh myself until I join club again, but im going to give it a dam good shot. I need a month of being good and back on it, because im having my foot op 11th september so will be unable to walk for 2 weeks and then off work for 8 weeks, but thats no reason to loose it, so determined to get through it! Good luck all and will report back soon xxxx

Did the weigh-in on Monday, I know that I haven't been good this past week and was away the weekend, so I wasn't going to be surprised if I put on.  Well I did and it was a nice round figure of 1kg, not 0.1kg but a whole 1kg.
Will definitely have to be good this week to lose this again.

NB, nice to see that you are still checking what's been happening, good luck with the restart, and well done for holding off the pounds, hope all goes well.

Loz & GB hope that you both had a good week.

Have a great week this week ladies xx

Nutty bird well done with zero pounds and restart, I am sure it will go well.
Lady Diver, 1 whole Kg that is 2.2Lbs going in the right directions.

I have not weighed myself for a week, will try at the end of the week, put my hip out or strained a muscle, obviously trying to hard, yet I have been really carefull what I have eaten, just no gymnastics for me :(

Thanks for your support Loz, but it wasn't a loss, but a gain - wrong direction.
Hope that the hip gets better soon, take it slowly xx
