We decided not to rent out our apartment, so wanted good quality furniture (to our taste) that will last.  We couldn't find Eren Spot (!) so went to Istikbal - the furniture is of good quality and prices are ok too.  The service was fantastic.  Really pleased with everything we bought (beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, sofa etc).

By the way, we now know where Eren Spot is - but have yet to buy something from there!!

We bought everything from Eren Spot as we were going to rent, but after spending our first holiday at our place we decided we could not bear to let anyone else stay there, so we are gradually replacing the Eren Spot stuff with better quality items, started with the suite, got a lovely replacement at the large Furniture shop in the one way street on the opposite side to the Mulberry tree, and have moved on to replace beds and bedroom furniture.  Eren Spot is ideal for basic furniture if you want to rent your property out, but if you want to use the property yourself I would recommend you just buy your white goods there.
