We have a very good lawyer in Sule who is putting in overtime to get this sorted as quickly as possible and money isnt a real issue at the moment as we have her costs covered.

Our aim has to be, not only removing Misha and Tom from the hell hole of Hisaronu but to provide them with sanctuary afterwards. Finally they must be rehabilitated, and if possible released  back into the sea where they belong.

Court action alone will not take care of the dolphins future.
Court action is always an option but this will only ensure the pool is closed and perhaps return the park to public use.

What would happen to the dolphins then?

Therefore, we have to deal intently with the issue of rehabilitation.

We are working hard to ensure this story has a happy ending.

We ask you all to still enquire at travel agents to see if they are selling tickets.
This has been very important and remains important.
Particularly contact Hamish Mc turk and Focus and then report your findings. Check out your local tour operators on Calis promenade, Fethiye, Hisaronu and OluDeniz.
Lets keep up the pressure there.
Post your findings.

Lets get back to getting media attention, writing to any organisation, or celebrities ,royalty, experts in animal welfare issues or ministers particularly with the European connections or television companies, radio stations, newspapers etc etc.
We need as many allies and as much media coverage as possible.
Again, report back any positive findings.

The protest march was not the end of a campaign, but just a part of it.

We still have two dolphins incacerated in a tiny tank.

We are doing our best to find a solution but we still need your help to maintain the outside pressure and keep the momentum going.

How can Jandarma say that they can have a license for the pool when the water is unfit for humans to swim in - as proved last week with the tests.

The water issue is of grave concern with regard to public health and is also an important reason why this sceptic tank should never be open to the public and should never be home to two mammals.

Rest assured we are dealing with this important issue with vigour and hope a favourable outcome will be with us soon.

It seems bizarre  that with the knowledge that it is unfit for humans, people are still paying to jump in.

Lets hope they dont come out with more than they go in with!!

BY HOOK OR BY CROOK
OUR VISION FOR MISHA & TOM & ALL THOSE OTHER MISHA & TOMS

Lets not lose sight of what is possible - no one wants to see Misha and Tom whisked off to another hell hole

Know that saying
Poacher turned Game Keeper

HUNTER TURNED SAVIOUR
Ric O'Barry
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
EVERYTHING TO PLAY FOR
