"Dolphinarium plans create major protest"

I have been asked by a friend of mine to point out that Seaside Tours have two offices in Hisaronu which act separately as agencies for the tour company.
His office operating as Seaside Tours/ Eren Rent a Car at the bottom end of Hisaronu (near the Kaya Bus Stop)does not sell Dolphin trips, nor does it intend to.
Although the Seaside tours Official Brochure includes dolphin trips to Cash they have never promoted this trip.

Just got back from pool.

Work has started on the subsidence which looks a LOT worse today than yesterday.

The pool is nearly full but for how long what with all the leaks...

There is now Security... a lad in a vest t-shirt with a mobile phone!

Maybe the subsidence issue being addressed now means there is to be a new inspection of the 'Puddle' soon!
With regard to the leak how on earth could the correct temperature, chemical balance, contamination etc. of the water be monitored if it has to be continually filled up?
If anything does happen security wise at the 'Puddle' do you think the Russian or the local gendarme will rush around there and what could a lad in a vest t-shirt with a mobile phone actually do to stop drunken people going for a dip!

I was referring to the seaside tours office in Hisaronu not Oludeniz. 'Seaside Tours/Eren Rent a car opposite the Kaya bus stop underneath Dominoes restaurant.I spoke to Sarah Polat (English) who is one of their staff yesterday evening just before my posting on their behalf and she is appalled by the idea of captive dolphins in Hisaronu.

Clearly work on the subsidence issue has started with surrounding paving stones being piled up...

HOWEVER 2 nights a go the pool wass filled almost to the brim with 2 tankers of water. Last night 10.30pm ish it still looked fairly full.

Today RiGHT NOW there is considerable loss of water already today.

The POOL is LEAKING and it appears that a hose pipe is now running water to the pool.

As Cheers said above how will correct temperature and required balances be not only monitored but maintained in a pool that is constantly leaking water.

Mikrik

thank you for your feedback about the Seaside Tours office in Hisaronu.

It is the company that has the trip to the Dolphinarium in Kas on its web site and the Oludeniz office that gave the information to Brian.

This information should be noted by people reading the forum but it may be confusing because it is the same company.

Ultimately people will make a judgement about the company but we thank you and the staff member who is opposed to the Dolphinarium for drawing the distinction between the 2 offices to our attention.

My thanks to Dolphin Angels for trying to clear up the point of  Milkrik...the branch of Seaside Tourism and Travel Agency up in Hisaronu DO NOT promote the swim with dolphins..i approached them today and they proved to me 100% that they are NOT promoting swim with dolphins...they are totaly against the project both in Kas and here in Hisaronu..and I and other should respect this....the branch in OLU DINEZ...is PROMOTING the swim with dolphins..and this is a BIG problem..shame they dont both "sing from the same hymn sheet" so to speak being the same company....draw your on conclusions...go with Seaside Tourism and Travel Agency or not.!!!!!
