So the bars turned their music off and staff came outside to stand in silence, but one particular bar carried on with it's music playing?

You couldn't write it :-\

It was a very moving and dignified demonstration. I too was very proud to be there and pray that everyones efforts make a difference. Well done to todays organisers and everyone campaigning for Misha and Tom.

That is amazing. I thought that because the meeting point was down at the small roundabout the protest march had been told they were going to have to march via the back streets to the puddle. I look forward to seeing the photos of 545 people walking up the main street of Hisaronu. Even someone as arrogant as Mr Kuznetsov or as ignorant as Nadia cannot fail to see that this is something that people feel strongly about.

Lump in the throat here.

Not enough words to describe my admiration for all involved.

I'm so very glad that it went so well and most importantly that everyone is safe.

A friend of mine lives on the West Coast of Ireland, he sent me this link today and thought it might add a little inspiration here. How they should be living......

Was a great dignified protest so well done to everyone who attended. We reckoned there where more like 800 people there but what ever the numbers it was a real eyeopener for the doubters who said it was only 3 ladies who were bored ;):D
Well done everyone.
