The planes that fly after the ban is lifted will all be pretty full, therefore tickets will be at a premium.   8)

Remember the price-hikes when Excel went bust?

well the Pookies are well and truely stuck in Uzumlu !  We reported to the airport on Friday morning just in case of a miracle, but were sent back home.  Still here and the latest news is that it could well be Tuesday before UK airspace allows flights through.  Fill up the fridge - the Efes is running low !  We have had our wonderful two weeks holiday and I really have to get back to work but theres no point worrying.  We could be so much worse - some poor families were sleeping on the airport floor on Friday and I guess some still are :(  But - if some one could send me a bacon sandwich I would be very grateful .... ;):D
