Being the numpty I am! I booked my transfer for June with Resorthoppa a few months ago.
I forgot.  :-\
And reading recommendations on here for Rain, I decided to book with them!
Lucky for me, Resorthoppa sent me a confirmation email yesterday, which was when I realised I had actually booked 2 tranfers!
OMG!
I emailed Rain this morning at 7.35am and guess what? Received a reply back at 8.45am!!
Very very impressed!
Anyway they are amending my transfer so I can use it for my September hol at no extra charge, now that's what I call good service!  8) 8)

Just checked resorthoppa as well and they are well priced. Thinking of booking them for Portugal in October - saves about £40 on hotel transfer prices.

Glad other people had a better experience than my daughter had in the early hours of this morning. She arrived on a Manchester flight, just after midnight, a guy from the transfer company spoke to her and said he'd be back in a couple of minutes......2 hours later, she's still sat in the carpark at Dalaman Airport waiting for the next flight to arrive to see if anyone from Gatwick was going to Calis, or Fethiye. Luckily they were, otherwise i think she'd still be sat there! Needless to say, she will be using Fethiye transfers for her return journey. Guess you only get what you pay for!

She did pay for transfer both ways ,he asked for the payment when he first spoke to her at the airport and said he would only be a few minutes,i have spoken to her this evening and she told me her plane landed at 11.35pm and she was dropped off in Calis at 4.25am,also he didn't take her to the property but dropped her near Genpa,so she had to walk from there, good job Junior the local street dog walked with,no doubt he'll be sharing a nice juicy steak with her tonight,i shall be emailing them tomorrow, and wait to see what they have to say.Wonder what excuse they come up with.

Let that be a  lesson NEVER pay the driver until you are dropped off at your destination..

But i can see it was probably very difficult for a young girl on her own.. be interesting to what they have to say, please let us all know..
