The new Rodeo Bar in Calis have their opening night on Friday 7 May and owners Lisa and Adem Sunkar want to do something to help the Carnival children's charity.  So for the whole of the opening night which starts at 7.00pm all of the money made by riding the rodeo bucking bull will be donated to our charity.

It would normally cost you 2.5 TL to ride the bull for 2.5 minutes (you can get back on as many times as you like during this time).  But on Friday night there will be no set price to ride, you just put your donation into the Calis Carnival Charity donation bucket.  

It should be a great night at the country and western themed bar and we would like to thank Lisa and Adem for their support and wish them a good season.

A big thanks to Lisa and Adem for supporting our children's charity at their Opening Night on Friday.  It was a great evening and quite a few people had a go on the "bucking bull".  I am not sure what we raised as we got people to put their money direct into our locked and sealed donation bucket which will not now be opened until after the Carnival.  Whatever amount it was a big thanks to everyone who supported.
