Sent email to flythomas cook on 29 April. Received immediate automated responses stating that they would reply with 24 hours.

GUESS WHAT :(.

Have emailed four time since STILL NOTHING. And I'm not waiting 15 minutes on the phone to speak to them.

Angry

Dingwall.

Get this for a TC problem. Got flights booked for 11/06/10 - 26/06/10.Went on-line to book extra legroom. Non available on 11/06/10, so attempted to book for the 26/06/10. Guess what ? You can't unless you book allocated seats for the 11/06/10 @ £14.00 each(total £56.00).Phoned TC customers services -no answer -only open Mon - Fri 09.00 - 16.45(unfortunately I work), so off I trot to TC shop in Birmingham Bullring Centre. Unbeleivable, they didn't want to know beacause the flight was booked on-line & stated TC Airlines have a different ABTA number & I must contact customer services. How ? Ive tried telephone & e-mail regarding booking extra legroom one way(as it's not avaialable both ways).I eventually pointed out the the "Travel Adviser" that I was under the impression that she was a TC employee(mut have been the uniform !!!) & her customer services skills on a scale of 1 to 10 were off the minus scale. For a company that spouts off on a multi million pound ad compaign "Don't just book it TC it." Their customer service are at best awful, their staff completely unhelpful (unless you are booking a package)& they really ought to get their act together & realise people always have a choice.I for one will think very seriously about booking with this outfit again !!!

I also think TC are going downhill and I will certainly be looking for alternatives. Our ticket times this trip were 20 mins later than the actual flight times. I also find their planes very very cold compared to others.

OK - just got through on the phone.

My question was:

I have entered my daughter-in-laws details as Mrs Rachel Whitehead. That is her maiden name, so do I have to change the Mrs to Ms.

Anyone had the same issue.

A passengers ticket must match the name on the Passport they are traveling under :)

Many thanks

On the strength of reggie's post, I checked the website for our flights. The return one is a totally different time and I can only hope that that is because ours is full and that they are taking no more bookings.

Times haven't changed if I go into Manage your Booking.

PS Two different responses from TC re the name/title issue - 1) just as tribalelder said and 2) doesn't matter as long as gender and names are the same.
